All rights reserved.

This licence covers Fucini Coverage Studio and Fucini Coverage Studio Pro, in
every edition and for every host application, together with their source code,
object code, build scripts, documentation, artwork and updates (the
"Software"). By installing, copying or using the Software you accept this
licence. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the Software.

1. OWNERSHIP

The Software is licensed, not sold. Fucini Consulting owns the Software and
every copy of it, including all copyright, trade secrets, know-how, trade marks
and other intellectual property rights in it. Nothing in this licence transfers
any of those rights to you. Every right not expressly granted in section 2 is
reserved.

2. WHAT YOU MAY DO

Subject to your continued compliance with this licence, Fucini Consulting grants
you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and
revocable right to install and run the distributed build of the Software, as
published by Fucini Consulting, within the limits of the edition, plan, seat
count, licence key and term that apply to you under the Terms of Service at
https://fucini.software/coverage-studio/terms.html (the "Terms"). Commercial
use of the distributed build within those limits is permitted.

What the Software produces from your own data — reports, exports, badges,
annotated sources — is yours. Fucini Consulting claims no right in it, and no
attribution is required for it.

3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

Except where mandatory law gives you a right that cannot be waived, you may
not, and may not allow or help anyone else to:

  (a) copy the Software, other than by installing it as intended and keeping
      the backups that ordinary use of your machine creates;
  (b) modify, adapt, translate, port, or create derivative works of the
      Software or of any part of it;
  (c) distribute, publish, sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, assign,
      host, or otherwise make the Software or any part of it available to a
      third party, whether alone, repackaged, under another name, or as part of
      another product or service;
  (d) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, de-obfuscate, unbundle or
      otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, algorithms or
      file formats of the Software;
  (e) remove, disable, circumvent or tamper with any licence key, activation,
      seat, trial, usage-limit, feature-gate, update-signature or other
      technical protection in the Software, or create, use or distribute a key,
      patch, build or tool that does;
  (f) share, publish, transfer or resell a licence key, subscription code or
      activation code, or use one that was not issued to you;
  (g) use the Software, its source code, its documentation or its output
      formats' implementation to build, train, test or improve a product or
      service that competes with it;
  (h) use the Software or any part of its source code to train, fine-tune or
      evaluate a machine-learning model, or include it in a data set for that
      purpose;
  (i) remove, hide or alter any copyright, trade-mark, licence or attribution
      notice in the Software;
  (j) use the names "Fucini", "Fucini Consulting", "Fucini Software" or
      "Fucini Coverage Studio", or their logos, except to refer truthfully to
      the Software.

4. SOURCE CODE IS CONFIDENTIAL

The source code of the Software is an unpublished, confidential trade secret of
Fucini Consulting. No licence to the source code is granted by this document.
Having access to it — as an employee, a contractor, a reviewer, through a
repository, by accident or by any other means — gives you no right to use,
copy, keep, disclose or build on it beyond what a separate written agreement
signed by Fucini Consulting expressly allows. You must keep it confidential,
protect it at least as carefully as your own confidential material, and return
or destroy it on request.

5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

The Software includes components from third parties that are licensed under
their own terms. Those terms govern those components, and nothing in this
licence restricts a right you hold under them. They are listed, each with its
licence, in the file THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt distributed with the Software.

6. EARLIER RELEASES

This licence applies to this release and to every later release of the
Software. A copy of an earlier release that you lawfully obtained under
different terms stays under the terms it was distributed with; those terms
give you no right in this or any later release.

7. FEEDBACK

If you send Fucini Consulting suggestions, bug reports or other feedback about
the Software, Fucini Consulting may use them without restriction and without
owing you anything.

8. TERMINATION

This licence ends automatically, without notice, the moment you breach it, and
otherwise as the Terms provide. When it ends you must stop using the Software
and destroy every copy in your possession or control. Sections 1, 3, 4 and 6
to 11 survive its end.

9. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE
LAW ALLOWS, FUCINI CONSULTING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR
STATUTORY, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE SOFTWARE REPORTS MEASUREMENTS MADE
BY OTHER TOOLS; IT IS NOT A CERTIFIED OR QUALIFIED TOOL UNDER ANY FUNCTIONAL-
SAFETY STANDARD, AND YOU ALONE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DECISIONS YOU BASE ON IT.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, FUCINI CONSULTING IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST
PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF USE, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, AND ITS TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE
SOFTWARE OR THIS LICENCE IS LIMITED TO WHAT YOU PAID FUCINI CONSULTING FOR THE
SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. Nothing in this licence
excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer
your statutory rights are unaffected.

11. ENFORCEMENT, LAW AND GENERAL

Unauthorised use of the Software infringes Fucini Consulting's intellectual
property rights and would cause harm that money alone cannot repair; Fucini
Consulting may seek injunctive relief in any competent court, in addition to
damages and every other remedy the law provides. This licence is governed by
the laws of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction; if you are a
consumer resident in the EU or the UK, this does not deprive you of the
protection of the mandatory law of your own country. If a provision is held
unenforceable, it is to be enforced as far as the law allows and the rest
stands. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not
assign this licence; Fucini Consulting may. Where this licence and the Terms
disagree about the Software itself, this licence prevails.

12. OTHER LICENSING

Anything this licence does not allow — redistribution, OEM or embedded use,
source-code access, a site or enterprise agreement — needs prior written
permission from Fucini Consulting. Commercial licensing is available
separately.
