Activate Coverage Studio

Your subscription gives you a code. The extension exchanges that code for a licence tied to the machine you use it on — which is why you receive a code rather than a licence key.

You will receive more than one email

Only one of them contains your code. If you only spot the receipt, you have not been forgotten.

From What it is
PaddleYour receipt and invoice. Paddle is our Merchant of Record — no code in this one.
license@fucini.softwareYour activation code, with one-click links to redeem it. This is the one that matters.
no-reply@fucini.softwareA link to set a password for your account here, where your code stays available later. The link expires after 48 hours.

Redeeming your code

The email contains a link that opens VS Code and hands over the code for you. There are two links because the Pro and Community builds are separate extensions — use the one matching the build you installed. VS Code asks you to confirm before a seat is used.

If the link does not work — on a phone, or if your mail app strips it — open VS Code, run Fucini Coverage: Enter Subscription Code from the Command Palette and paste the code. There is no plan to choose: the code says which subscription it is for. The licence itself is issued and applied automatically; there is nothing further to copy.

Visual Studio does not need VS Code. The same code activates Coverage Studio for Visual Studio on its own: open Tools → Coverage Studio → Licence…, paste the code and press Activate. One machine is one seat, both editors: where VS Code is already activated, Visual Studio finds that key and needs nothing more, and the other way round.

Lost your code?

Sign in at fucini.software and open your plan page: it shows the code, how many seats are in use, and a link to activate another device. Use the password link from the account email — or reset it if that has expired.
